THE BUILDING

This renowned mill was constructed in 1860 by John Bromley, an inventor, innovator, and leader of Philadelphia's storied textile trade.

We've put our hearts into maintaining the strength and character of the building, creating spaces that are modern, clean, comfortable, and full of character. Exposed brick runs throughout every unit. The entire top floor features the dramatic exposed joists that are original to the architecture.

All of our units are pet friendly, and access is easy with keypad entry, an elevator, and a secure bicycle room.

THE UNITS
